Guac

Guacamole

  • 3 avacados
  • 1-2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 -2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2-3/4 pico de gallo
  • garlic salt/ pepper to taste

Cut each avacado in half and remove contents and throw away the seed. Mass up the avacados with two forks. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir until combine. Make sure and taste the guac ; you can add more of the ingredients per your own taste buds. If you like a hotter guac add cayenne pepper, jalapeno and/or chili pepper. Cover the guac and put in the refrigerator for at least an hour. The longer you let it sit the better it gets.
